Nick is a filmmaker originally from Winston-Salem, NC. He moved out to Los Angeles in 2014 to pursue his passion for film.
At a very early age, Nick fell in love with film. He spent countless hours in front of the TV and in movie theaters, just watching and learning. As a teenager, he would film and edit skateboard videos with friends. After graduating High School, Nick went on to serve four years in the United States Marine Corps and followed that with a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Soon after Nick graduated, he gravitated back towards his love for visual storytelling by writing, directing, and editing several commercials in North Carolina. From there, he was hooked. Nick packed his bags and took off to Los Angeles, where he obtained a degree in filmmaking from the New York Film Academy in Burbank, CA.
Nick has written, directed, produced, and edited several short films, commercials and music videos. He has written two feature screenplays and two TV Pilots. He is now in the process of developing his first feature film, and planning on being in production early 2017.
Nick attributes his ambition for storytelling not only from the many filmmakers that he studies and admires, but also from the years of influence of his family, who's favorite past time is to sit around and tell stories of all their adventures.Find Nicholas on
