Pat joined BBH North America as CEO in July 2013. Since his arrival, he and the team have driven significant growth and established BBH as one of the most powerful creative agencies in the country.
 
Dedicated to building on the agency's unique culture and continuing its legacy of creative excellence, BBH has created some of the most remarkable creative work of the past year. A testament to this achievement, Advertising Age named BBH a 2014 Agency to Watch, and Creativity named it a 2014 Innovator of the Year: The Standouts.
 
Prior to BBH, Pat was Chief Operating Officer of McCann North America,  where he co-led the turn-around of 400-person, global HQ of the world's largest marketing network and provided operational leadership of a 1400-person North American region. Previously at McCann, as Global MD, Pat oversaw the network's top 15 global businesses, including American Airlines, ExxonMobil, Johnson & Johnson, MasterCard and Coca-Cola.
 
From 2005-2010 Pat was the Chief Marketing Officer for Travel Channel Media. Prior to the Travel Channel, Pat spent 10 years at Leo Burnett in key leadership roles on the Kelloggs, McDonald's, U.S. Army, and Allstate businesses. Before advertising - Pat spent seven years in the United States Army as a Platoon Leader and Company Commander, serving tours in Iraq, Panama and Haiti.
